  3. 3Receive onboarding and platform access 3 days before start
  4. 4Learn, and complete your deliverable
  5. 5Get your verifiable certificate within 10 business days
  6. 6Your credits appear in your dashboard for your next step

Payments & discounts

Cards accepted; pay in full (5% discount) or in installments. Early-bird pricing closes 2 weeks before each cohort. Alumni save 10%. Groups of 3+ save 15–25%.

Policies, in plain language

Minimum enrollment

Cohorts run with a published minimum. If a cohort doesn't reach it, your start date rolls to the next cohort — or you get a full refund. Your choice.

Refunds

Full refund until the published cut-off before start. After the program begins: no refund, but a one-time transfer credit to a future cohort.

Attendance

Recordings are posted within 72 hours and count toward attendance up to the published cap.

Are there prerequisites?

None for most programs — they're designed for practitioners and decision-makers. Any exceptions are stated on the program page.

What language is instruction in?

English for the programs listed here; our Spanish school runs in Spanish. Program pages state the language.

Do certificates work for employers?

Yes — each is digital and QR-verifiable, and states your academic hours.

Can you invoice my company?

Yes. Company invoicing is available at checkout and for private cohorts.

What time zone are live sessions?

Evening sessions; exact times are on each program page. Recordings post within 72 hours.

What equipment do I need?

A laptop, a stable connection, camera and mic for live sessions.

Can I switch cohorts?

Yes, subject to the reschedule policy above.
